Lachlan is a PhD student in the Centre for Classical Studies. His thesis is a diachronic study of the Greek island of Chios in the Archaic and Classical eras. He has presented on diachronic change in the Chian slave system (39^th Australasian Society for Classical Studies conference, 2018) and the development of Linked Employer-Employee data in Australia (27^th Australian Labour Market Research workshop, 2016).
